Capital Area Transit System (CATS)

Empower Baton Rouge Transit Study

Project Summary

Served as one of the communications and community engagement partner for CATS’ comprehensive 18-month transit evaluation study covering East Baton Rouge Parish and the cities of Baton Rouge and Baker. Developed and executed a multi-faceted stakeholder engagement strategy designed to capture authentic rider experiences, identify service barriers, and gather community input on proposed transit solutions.

Our Approach

Our integrated approach included brand identity development, event logistics management, survey coordination, and the production of a 7-part educational video series explaining proposed recommendations.

The Result

Through strategic listening sessions, pop-up events, and stakeholder meetings, we successfully facilitated meaningful dialogue between transit leadership and the communities they serve, ensuring rider voices directly influenced the study’s outcomes and future planning decisions.
